Online Masterclass Terms & Conditions + Participation Waiver
Effective Date: July 14, 2025

1. Agreement

By purchasing and/or participating in this live online masterclass, webinar or Zoom meeting hosted by Corporate Warriors LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Participation Waiver. If you do not agree, do not register, attend, or view the replay.

2. Nature of Event

This is a group teaching and coaching event that may include:

  • Guided meditations
  • Emotional and mindset coaching
  • Somatic or breathing exercises
  • Reflective journaling or self-inquiry prompts
  • Spiritual or energetic guidance

This masterclass is designed to support personal growth but is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice.

3. Participation & Responsibility

You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and psychological safety.

By joining this masterclass, you acknowledge that:

  • You are participating voluntarily
  • You are solely responsible for your own responses and well-being
  • You will adjust your participation to your own needs and limits
  • You will not hold Corporate Warriors LLC or its representatives liable for any reactions, outcomes, or decisions resulting from your participation

4. Anonymity & Zoom Settings

This is a private live session hosted on Zoom. While we encourage self-care and confidentiality:

  • You are responsible for your own anonymity (e.g., turning off your camera, changing your Zoom name)
  • The host will be in the “spotlight” and the main image in the replay

You may choose to participate silently, via chat, or not at all. Participation is optional at all times.

5. Replays & Content

  • Replay access will be provided to all paying participants and future purchasers of the recording
  • Replays may contain your comments if you participate in chat (though your video/audio will not be shown)
  • You may not distribute, republish, or share the replay or any course materials without written permission

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of this event.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, methods, and content presented during the session (including downloadable tools, frameworks, recordings, and routines) are the intellectual property of Corporate Warriors LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed.

8. Legal Disclaimer

Corporate Warriors LLC and its representatives are not licensed therapists, doctors, or legal professionals. Nothing in this masterclass constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Participation does not create a client-coach relationship.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corporate Warriors LLC, its founder (Fela Rosa Kuhn-Pourque), and any collaborators from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of your participation in this event.
